Meal Support
We are excited to announce that Grocery Support is now Meal Support!
Our goal is to make a more direct impact and increase the number of unique students served.
In partnership with Everytable, Basic Needs provides Highlanders with two freshly pre-made meals per week, one per day at the Basic Needs Center (Costo Hall 110) to currently enrolled students experiencing food insecurity starting January 16th, 2024.
What is food insecurity?
Some examples include but are not limited to
- Skipping meals
- Not having enough funds for groceries
- Worried food will run out
- Don't know when your next meal will be or come from
*Please note that we are no longer providing Stater Bros or Target cards with this new program. Thank you for your patience! *
